Svasthasya Swastha Rakshanam
Maintaining the health of the healthy person who has balanced doshas and digestion.
Ayurveda gives considerable importance to the relationship between mind and body (Charaka Samhita). An imbalance in one affects the other and causes diseases. Therefore, the maintenance of positive health requires the mind and body in harmony. Mental activities like worry, grief, fear, and excess greed is an example that causes indigestion although eating healthy food.
Ayurveda offers a variety of simple ways to maintain this equilibrium and live an optimum life.
1. Daily routine (Dinacharya) for optimal health- dinacharya is a well-defined daily routine that contributes to optimal health and overall well-being. ( stay in tune and read our next blog to understand what dinacharya is)
2. Ritucharya - following a specific routine (cleanse) before every change of season. This involves a certain simple diet, lifestyle, and yoga to cleanse and prepare the body for the upcoming seasonal change.
3. Yoga and exercise.
You are welcome to book a consultation with us @ www.svarndeepaayurveda.com to create a custom protocol for dinacharya and rutucharya that fits your prakriti (body constitution)
